At this time, Birch House does not offer short-term leases. If an exception is approved, the lease would not be eligible for any concessions, move-in specials, or promotional pricing.

No, personal renters insurance is not required at Birch House. Residents are enrolled in our Resident Liability Liability (RLL) program, which provides coverage for damage to the property. However, we strongly recommend obtaining a personal renters insurance policy to protect your belongings, as the RLL program does not cover personal property losses.

PET POLICY

Birch House is a pet-friendly community and welcomes up to two pets per apartment home. There is a one-time pet fee per pet, and a monthly pet rent per pet. Certain breed restrictions apply. We also offer pet-friendly amenities, including a dog park and pet wash station.
